While we go through this 3rd period of CoVid Level 5 restrictions ,Tunney Opticians would like to advise our clients on how we are operating over the next few months. CoVid-19 is still a great threat to many and while we remain open we will be following the guidelines set out by the HSE during this time.
We will continue to carry out sight testing and dispensing of spectacles. However, we can only allow browsing and fitting of frames by appointment , at both our Finglas and Navan stores.
We ask that clients arrive alone ( unless a minor , or those requiring assistance ) and at the specified time for their appointment. Clients must wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided in store. We all wear masks and have a welcome smile even if you cannot see it under the mask !!!! We will at all times endeavour to keep a safe distance between staff and clients.
We can only have a certain number of clients in the store at any one time, please be patient and wait outside for one of our reception team to allow you entry. Again, this is for your safety and the safety of all staff.
Our workshop lab is open for repairs , and we are fully stocked with contact lenses .
We would ask that our clients phone ahead before arriving at the store and we can advise you the best time for your spectacle/contact lens collection.
We appreciate that these are challenging times for many of our clients , and we wish to make your optical query and visit with us as comfortable and relaxed as possible . We hope to make your visit to Tunney Opticians a stress free and safe one.
