So proud of our “Pride of Place” WINNERS!
For many years, we have observed volunteers come together every week in Finglas Village to clean and maintain our village. The tidy towns committee have dedicated their time, energy and effort for their community and OUR village, yielding great results!
Our Streets are clean and lined with beautiful flower arrangements that overhang from streetlamps, shop fronts and flower basins throughout Finglas Village.
So, it should come as no surprise to learn that this hard working team have not only been nominated for, but have WON the “Pride of Place, Urban Neighbourhood” award. This award is part of the “32 all County, all Island, Urban Village” awards.
Our Tidy Town committee here in Finglas have contributed to this community for many years and this success is not only well deserved but also well earned. Congratulations to the entire team and thank you all from Tunney opticians.
